Online Banking Transfer Instructions (Hong Kong Banks)

Transfer funds to Mango Financial’s bank account, then capture and save the transfer receipt. Send the receipt to your Mango Financial account manager or cs@mangofinancial.com.hk .

Cheque Deposit Instructions (Hong Kong Banks)

1. Filling out the Check

  • 1.1 Front side: Payable to “Mango Financial Limited”; Back side: Write your account number. Note: After completing the Cheque, photograph the front side. Submit this image along with the “transfer receipt” to your Mango Financial account manager or cs@mangofinancial.com.hk for payment notification purposes.
  • 1.2 Deposit the check into Mango Financial’s designated receiving bank account

ATM/Counter Transfer Instructions (Hong Kong Banks)

Retain both the successful transfer receipt and bank account proof upon successful transfer.

Upon successful transfer, please retain the payment confirmation slip. For payment notification to Mango Financial, please provide two documents:

  • 2.1 Transaction record (must show complete sending & receiving account numbers. If bank slip is incomplete, provide online banking screenshot)
  • 2.2 Bank card/statement or account opening documents (must show client name and sending account number in same image, e.g., bank card or daily statement)
Important Notes:
1. The transferring bank account name must match exactly with your Mango Financial account name. Third-party transfers are prohibited, and any resulting refund fees will be borne by the client.
2. Interbank processing requires time. A bank’s “transfer completed” notification ≠ Mango Financial’s receipt confirmation. Additional settlement and approval procedures apply after funds reach us. Please allow sufficient processing time before trading.
