Mango Financial Collaborates with Hong Kong’s Dappweb to Build RWA Ecosystem for SMEs

Mango Financial Limited has formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Hong Kong fintech company DappWeb Limited.

According to the agreement, the two parties will collaborate in the following three key areas:

  • RWA Collaborative Innovation: Jointly research and develop tokenization solutions suitable for small and medium-sized enterprise assets, building technology-driven digital asset infrastructure.
  • Listing Services Empowerment: Provide integrated services for SMEs, including "asset digitization transformation + compliance guidance + capital market access," aiming to lower listing barriers and improve financing efficiency.
  • Ecosystem Co-development and Resource Integration: Share customer and channel resources, promote RWA standardization and market expansion, and build a sustainable fintech ecosystem.

Mango Financial's Dual-Pronged Digital Currency Strategy

Mango Financial applied to the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission in July 2025 to upgrade its existing Type 1 (dealing in securities), Type 4 (advising on securities), and Type 9 (asset management) licenses to cover virtual asset activities. A Trust or Company Service Provider license for serving virtual assets is also expected to be approved in the near future.

Mango Financial's US$100 million open-ended fund, the "Mango Financial OFC Mango Global Strategy Fund," was approved for issuance by the Hong Kong SFC on August 6 and has officially commenced fundraising. Its primary investment focus is global virtual currency assets. Combined with its existing traditional fund assets under management, Mango Financial's total fund management scale is projected to exceed HK$2 billion in 2025.
