Mango Financial Limited has secured a listing advisory agreement with PT Fantastik International Limited, Indonesia's largest private tobacco company. Mango Financial will serve as the exclusive U.S. listing coordinator for the company, providing end-to-end advisory services for its listing process. Leveraging its proprietary investment banking resources in the United States, Mango Financial will assist PT Fantastik International Limited in raising no less than US$15 million through its initial public offering.

According to the signed agreement, Mango Financial will provide PT Fantastik with a range of professional services. These include pre-listing readiness assessment, financial and business model analysis, IPO structure design, offering price strategy formulation, and overall coordination with professional institutions such as underwriters, lawyers, and auditors. Mango Financial will also assist the company in conducting its U.S. capital market roadshows and coordinating with investors.
